Summary

Managed to acquire over ten years of work experience in the Food and Beverage industry being constantly promoted with my recent work as a Bar Lead and Trainer in “White Glove” level service. With these jobs came several responsibilities and the need for quick adaptability in all situations, while pleasing each guest at all times. I was recruited and have had the opportunity to work for the Marriott and Lenovo Center brands which has further excelled my professionalism and level of service. My high level expectations, professionalism and timeliness that I now hold myself to, are my best qualities.

The sense of adventure and pushing myself has always been a huge part of who I am as a person and something that I have tried to incorporate in my daily life. Yachting has constantly been in the back of my mind because of my need to travel, explore, my sense of adrenaline and to step out of my comfort zone while working my way to the top in everything that I do.

I grew up on or around the water driving my family's 21 foot fishing boat and currently, I am working and spending time on the water at a local marina absorbing as much information about boat maintenance, customer service, water sports and general marina operations as I can.

My short term goals are to work as a deckhand and/or stew and learn as much as possible and challenge myself while in all elements of weather. My long term goal is to become an extraordinary leader and one day a Captain my team can count on.
