- Work daily with poultry producers and flock supervisors to ensure quality standards and expectations of Perdue are being met.
- I am there to help them achieve their goals and aid in making each as successful as they can be with their performance related to growing poultry for Perdue Farms.
- Work with flock advisors to help them with any issues and areas of concerns they may encounter working with producers on daily basis.
- Conducted routine inspections to check quality and compliance with established specifications.

- Along with same responsibilities as Area Supervisor I was also was responsible for poultry welfare in Dillon grow out.
- Became certified animal auditor by PAACO which is currently kept up to date with yearly certification.
- Under this I performed monthly internal audits on hatcheries and farms. These ensure they were meeting standards to prepare them for annual audits whether internal or external that occurred and to help correct any issues or concerns that may have been found to stay in compliance to meet all poultry welfare standards.

- Ran route of farms that I serviced weekly working with poultry producers to ensure they were following growing guidelines to help them meet growing standards and quality expected by Perdue.
- I addressed any health concerns producers would have with poultry and worked with them to help raise quality poultry to maximize profits of their poultry operations.
- Being Sr. Flock Advisor I also was involved in taking on the lead in any projects involving flock advisors and helping trouble shoot any issues or concerns that other flock advisors my have had.
