I am currently a Procurement Specialist for the contract manufacturing division of Advanced Electronic Services Inc. My duties include the following:

• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors and carriers to support timely deliveries.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services at competitive prices.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of all procurement activities for accurate tracking and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate closely with finance teams to monitor budgets and cash flow implications related to procurement activities.

While being the Purchaser/Estimator for our Electromechanical Manufacturing group at Trimantec, my responsibilities were purchasing all needed materials and components for incoming orders as well as scheduling all incoming orders to maintain workflow efficiency on the production floor. I was also responsible for all quoting for our department, and I was the direct contact with all customers who require our services. I established many relationships with new customers and vendors. I created Purchase Orders daily and also monitored stock levels, verified purchase requisitions, and expedited customer orders if needed. I am very familiar with Quickbooks and other management software.

As a technician, I was responsible for the assembly, testing, and operation of various custom machine builds. I was also responsible for designing and wiring numerous electrical panel builds for custom machinery. This position involved critical thinking and troubleshooting of complex issues. I am UL508A Certified.
