RHYTHMIA + FARAPULSE

• Provide expert clinical support and live troubleshooting during cardiac ablation procedures utilizing the Rhythmia Mapping System and the FARAPULSE PFA System
• Led 5 US launches of the FARAPULSE PFA System with 13+ operators and upwards of 200 cases
• Exercise advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, biophysics of ablation, technological advancements, and the business landscape
• Educate customers and internal employees on current and future Boston Scientific electrophysiology products
• Develop and maintains relationships with hospital personnel in order to identify and fill their clinical needs
• Travel upwards of 4,500 miles/month by car and 16 flights/month by air both inside and outside of the Atlantic territory to cover cases, educate employees and customers, and support conferences

LEADERSHIP

• North Carolina AFS Field Trainer with 3 (and growing) direct trainees
• 1 of 11 US EP Fellows Advisors, coordinating and facilitating fellows' education within the SE territory
• Coordinate clinical coverage in North Carolina as the Pod Leader of local team
• Train Boston Scientific personnel, staff and physicians to use new technology in preparation for and during launch of POLARx Cryoablation System
• Lead monthly new and current staff electrophysiology training at UNC Chapel Hill
• Provide instructional assistance with new RMS training classes

• Converted two physicians at UNC Chapel Hill and one physician at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center into current Rhythmia users
• 35% increase in Rhythmia utilization at UNC Chapel Hill from 2022 to 2023
