As a Sales Representative and Delivery Captain I perused potential customers to build relationships and fulfill customer needs and demands. Throughout our selling process from initial contact and finding what boat would best fit our customer through final walk through and delivery. In addition to attending to my own customers I also performed all sea trials and final deliveries for all company sales.

Spring of 2024 I started my own mobile boat detailing service known as "CrudzNSudz" here in Manteo North Carolina. After prior experience I decided to start this business which drastically evolved and became very successful. Through this business I have built many relationships many of which have also carried over into my sales roles.

Starting this business helped me to keen in on many personal assets including; Advertising, communication, planning and timeliness, efficiency and detail oriented work.

My Responsibilities as Sales Assistant and Delivery Captain at Manteo Marine included ensuring all boats were delivery ready. My duties in this role included checking over rigging and electronic installation and having boats prepped for delivery day. Responsibilities also included meeting with the customer on delivery day and doing a full orientation with the customer until fully comfortable and knowledgeable on their new purchase.

During my time as Yard Crew Leader my responsibilities included washing boats, taming to yard conditions, training new hires or instructing other crew members, as well as trailering boats from manufacturers for new order boats.
