I’m dependable, hardworking, and take pride in showing up ready to work. I have experience with hands-on labor, working outdoors, and using equipment safely in fast-paced environments. I work well with others, communicate clearly, and stay focused under pressure. I’m adaptable, pay attention to detail, and committed to doing quality work every day.
Dedicated firefighter and Basic EMT with more than 16 months of experience with the City of Rocky Mount Fire Department. I graduated from Beaufort Community College’s Fire Academy, where I was one of four graduates in my class and gained hands-on experience in fire suppression, emergency medical response, rescue operations, hazardous materials awareness, and public safety. Through both the academy and my time with Rocky Mount Fire Department, I’ve developed the ability to stay calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and work effectively as part of a team. We train every shift to stay prepared for a wide range of emergencies, including fires, medical calls, rescue situations, and other critical incidents. I take pride in serving my community and am committed to protecting lives and property while continuing to grow in the fire service.
Worked on a farm and learned a lot about hard work, using equipment, and handling day-to-day agricultural tasks. Took care of livestock by feeding, watering, and checking on their health. Helped with grading land, building and repairing fences, setting up and maintaining irrigation systems, operating farm equipment, and doing basic maintenance and repairs on tractors and other machinery.
