This job has allowed me to provide compassionate, hands-on care to many residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory-related conditions. My responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, supporting residents’ emotional well-being, and ensuring their safety. I also helped monitor residents' health, report changes to nursing staff, and engage them in meaningful activities to promote cognitive and physical stimulation. This role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to create a nurturing and respectful environment for the resident during such vulnerable times.

Provides attentive and nurturing care for children in-home. Responsibilities include supervising children during playtime, meal preparation, feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining bedtime routines as needed. I would also assist with homework, plan creative activities, and ensure the child’s safety at all times. As well as communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s behavior, needs, and any incidents. This role requires patience, reliability, and a warm demeanor, along with basic first aid knowledge and the ability to handle emergencies calmly.

As a CNA at this facility I provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents who need skilled care. Duties include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team. I also assist with rehabilitative exercises, feeding, and transporting patients. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to ensure patients receive high-quality care tailored to their specific medical needs. Empathy and dedication to patient dignity are critical in this position.
