With CMD Finance and IT Finance, BRING DISCIPLINES of Technology Business Management (TBM), and Technology Finance to the Technology part of the Division and to the Enterprise:
- SPEARHEADED the adoption of TBM principles by mapping every dollar of Technology Expense to Applications and CMD Business Capabilities. Worked with IT Architects to map into a PowerBi dashboard, giving CMD Tech actionable insights about the Value of IT when working with their business partners.
- IMPLEMENT cost-saving measures that resulted in $7.2M savings for CMD Tech (2025 budget) to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Monitor, analyze and communicate to develop strategies for continuous improvement via the Cost Op Working Group.
- ENHANCE financial performance for CM Tech by delivering accurate and timely financial reports down to the L2 level, enabling better decision-making and strategic planning. 2025 variance to budget was 0.3% within budget April YTD via monitoring and regular communication with CMD Tech leaders. Achieving this clarity allows us to focus and speak clearly to future cost optimization and contributions to the division.
- COLLABORATE on an almost daily basis with CMD Tech SLT or leaders to achieve the above. Through the formation of CMD to integration into PLT, we have collaborated to bring successful outcomes. I feel I have gained the trust of Wayde and his leaders. That is the ultimate achievement.
