Volunteered in the MSICU, working closely with CNAs to support daily unit operations. Assisted with restocking supplies, answering phones and call lights, transporting patients, managing the front desk, and guiding families to patient rooms while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.

• Worked closely with the management team to delegate tasks and ensure smooth shift operations. Gained experience in front-of-house roles, including operating the register, managing the drive-thru, preparing custard, bagging orders, and resolving customer service issues. Also responsible for training and orienting new employees.

• Maintaing store organization by folding and restocking clothing, monitoring fitting rooms to ensure a clean and safe environment, and providing customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases at the register.
