• Current active NOC SME for Transport related incidents. Actively spent the last 8 months shadowing members of the transport team 3 days a week observing and participating in day-to-day operations, break fix transport related major incidents, and assisting during change windows to support firmware/software code upgrades for critical transport infrastructure.
• Serving as the NOC point of contact during the annual Cybersecurity CIOPS grid segmentation exercises. Utilizing ansible automation scripts to separate corporate network from the critical infrastructure network while using manual verification methods to ensure the script's success.
