My job as a junior stylist is to help my clients meet their hair goals while also protecting the integrity of their hair. Some of the most important aspects of my job include education, honesty, personability and consultation. it is crucial as a stylist to educate my clients on the importance of at home care and maintenance while also being motivated to continue my own education everyday. as a stylist I must be attentive and perform in depth consultations to understand the clients vision and needs so that I can deliver the color, cut and style they are looking for while also maintaining honesty.
