I am a NKBA certified Professional Kitchen and Bath designer with over 28 years of experience. I have held my AKBD certification for over fifteen years and also hold a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood education. While at St.Joseph's I pursued two additional areas of concentration, Special Education and Human Relations.
In my current role as a Designer, I bring a wealth of experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. I am known for my proficiency in the field as well as my dedication to my team. I consistently deliver results that meet client and project needs. My areas of expertise include space planning, material selection, and project management. I am respected for my keen eye to detail and staying on top of design trends. I have a never ending love for learning. One that challenges me to continue in building my knowledge through attending multiple NKBA Continuing education online classes monthly.
Other roles I have held at Home Depot, include; Project manager, Lead Designer and Install Coordinator. I have become the go to in my store as well as with my installers. When a problem arises,
I am able to quickly diffuse customer escalations and efficiently problem solve.
My desire to share my knowledge at work has motivated me to become a job Coach and a Voice of the Associate team member. My daily focus is to elevate the level of proficiency of all associates in order to facilitate the best possible experience for our clients.
