Summary

After thirty seven years in the telecommunication industry I have retired. I'm currently looking for a part-time or full time position in order to stay active and productive in my community. The skills I have learned throughout the course of my former career have enhanced my ability to perform at the highest level. I was a highly motivated member of the Spectrum leadership team for twenty five of my thirty seven years with the company. I was dedicated to continuous process improvement in the face of rapidly evolving and changing work environments. I am results-oriented regardless of the circumstance and proactive in addressing and resolving both employee and leadership concerns. Decisive and effective leader with twenty five years of supervisory experience. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams to meet or exceed the demands of both internal and external customers.
