Resource Nurse (2021 – Present): Directly manage up to 20 staff members on a fast-paced 42-bed transition unit, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds.

Float Nurse: Assigned to multiple units for 13-week staffing shortages, including CPCU/1VPS, Step-down (8 South, and Transition Unit), Nephrology, and Med-Tele. Frequently serve as Charge Nurse in various units, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.

Duties on the Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit included providing care for patients with cardiac issues as well as medical overflow. IV, PO, IM, Subcutaneous, Blood administration. I monitored patients on telemetry and administered critical drips.

• Monitored vital signs, lab results, and other indicators to detect changes in patients'' conditions promptly.

• Nursing care for pediatric clients in the school setting. G-Tube feed/care, Trach care, Ventilator care, TPN administration, Oral/nasal/trach suctioning, Respiratory treatments, Diabetic education and care, and ostomy care.
• Provide inmates with medical services in compliance with the Hawaii Department of Safety policies. Administer medications via all routes as ordered, as well as provide mental health support, preventative care services, physical examinations, immunizations, health screenings, and medical assessments as needed.
