Worked closely with utility conflicts as well as council leadership to insure quality and assurance was met for all parties involved in commercial building for the EBCI

Performed duties pertaining to Heavy Highway Road Inspections, Hi-Cams Contract administration, and Materials and Testing for Division and Central let Contracts. Work involved I-40 Rockslide stabilization and repair, US-64 widening and straightening from Lake Toxaway to Rosman. Howell Mill Bridge over Railroad in Haywood County, NC. Ran Nuclear Density and Conventional Density on numerous contracts throughout Division 14. Was in charge of federally funded contract requirements also. Handled all of the Hi-Cams Contract administration for the Whittier Resident Engineer's office located in Whittier NC for 5 years. Also worked at the Division 14 QA Asphalt lab where the assurance testing for all asphalt for Division 14 is performed. Worked with Various contractors throughout Division 14 with the NCDOT and have made valuable connections with all.
