I started off as a front desk agent and then quickly moved to the Assistant General Manager role then moved to the General Manager role for about a year. 

Then when ownership purchased the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton they moved me to General Manager at the Hilton Property. 


I have extensive experience in guest satisfaction and problem solving skills. 

I am very good at making all guests feel welcome and seen/heard.
