  • Utilizing prior experience I restructured how Team Fishel was interfacing with Duke Energy’s work management system (Maximo) and managing the workload internally across multiple work groups within the organization
  • When I started Team Fishel’s monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Scorecard with Duke Energy for January 2021 was '1.18 = Ineffective' and as of October 2024 the KPI Scorecard was '2.31 = Effective'
  • The ‘on time performance’ metric of new customer construction rose from 76.9% for January of 2021 to 97.2% for October of 2024 which is a direct and steady result of workload, schedule, material and customer communication management among key stakeholders on both teams
  • '3+ = Very Effective' is the highest KPI score achievable
  • The highest KPI score achieved since my start date with Team Fishel was '2.88 = Effective' in both January and February of 2023
