Our daily objective is to deliver high-quality stainless steel passenger train cars by prioritizing safety and collaborative teamwork during our fabrication processes. We are constantly working to achieve superior project outcomes by mitigating welding procedures and specifications. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Train new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements
• Assign daily tasks and goals to align with our weekly objectives
• Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating commitment to excellence, professionalism, and adherence to company values at all times
• Define clear targets and objectives

• Operated heavy machinery for general contracting, contributing to road construction and dirt work. Executed diverse daily tasks involving operation of backhoes, skid-steers, forklifts, scissor lifts, wheel loaders, dump trucks, utility tractors, and excavators. I also would perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Conducted routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety.
• Collaborated with team members to enhance project timelines.
