- ACV’ing all trades, through Motomate’s platform. Getting muiltiple other bids through wholesalers i have consulted with through my years in the industry.

- How to build a truely harmonious sales force. Building relations with clients and peers, accurate CRM notes, appointments, product knowledge, daily reports 12-3-5 via texts for daily KPI and transactions. Inspect what you expect. And much more.

- i managed, aged inventory and wholesale inventory.

- KPI’s have been world class, when i started, the store was 50:1 delivered. Ranked 488/544 nationally new bikes sold.

They now averaging low 20’’s consistently delivered ratio, greatest month was 15:1 delivered, 97 bikes sold in a small town. Are now 25th ranked nationally for new bikes sold, in less than two years. We accomplished this.

- Greets 2:1, Sits 7:1 , write ups 11:1.

- Hit and surpass RT and budget.

-Dealer trades.

- SWR sold bikes.

- Approve work orders on Harley’s traded in.

-Enforce floor manger or myself if it’s busy, have fit specialist get HD insurance quotes prior to clients leaving fully insured.All down payment is collected from the finance manager, and trade in house.

BACK END, i upheld all compliance guidelines. Held the highest PPD and backend gross, averaging $2500-3000 per copy. Only times the deals i financed products where cancelled was when they traded back in with us.
