  • Jan 2025 - Q2O (Quote to Order) Project. Streamlining Sage X3 with a quote-to-order process to allow for faster, more efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Feb 2025 - SOM (Sales Order Mod). Streamlining the order modification process by allowing sales to modify their orders when passing certain validation controls.
  • 2021-2025: Ongoing customization of Sage X3 to work more effectively with the business processes.
  • 2020-2021: Visual customizations for a more friendly process experience for end users.
  • ERP transition 2020-2024: implementation of two companies from legacy systems into a single Sage X3. This was a phased approach (planning, design, implementing, data validation, testing, documentation).
