Summary

I definitely consider myself a people person I've always got along with everyone in any environment I've been in. I am a very quick learner, I am very hands on and I can fix just about anything. I have always had a great sense of business, and I have great work ethic and customer service. my skills and training go much farther back than when I started my first job. my entire childhood I helped my parents repair and renovate their multiple rental houses; this is where I first learned the essence of work quality and how to be hands on. my professional career started while I was in high school. I began working for auto bell car wash. between my work ethic and my customer service I quickly became an assistant manager, I continued this for about 4 years until I decided it was time to move on. Dedicated professional with proven expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and technical support. Committed to delivering exceptional service and managing operations effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.

As an assistant manger I oversaw the entire operation when the store manager wasn't there. this included managing the crew members and cashiers, keeping up with the money and shift changes, while also watching the numbers and labor for the day. I also did any maintenance to the wash that needed done and would handle the opening and closing jobs depending on what shift I had. as an assistant manager I was usually responsible to handle any customer claims, damages or complaints, so by doing this daily i have become very good at resolving problems and making people happy.

I only worked at Asplundh for around 1 year but became a crew leader and was already running my own chip truck within 4 months. everyday task as the chip truck driver included finding out where the job site would be and then loading and fueling all the equipment that would be needed. once at the job site I was responsible for setting up the truck safely depending  on the road setup and then filling out the necessary paper work. once that was completed i would ensure me and my chip truck crew got the brush chipped up and any trees cut that needed to be done.

Boy scouts. I was the youngest assistant manager in the company at Auto bell. and was also selected from my district to go to the Auto bell Olympics.  During my shift one day the lube shop that is located behind Auto bell caught on fire, it was closed for the day. I was able to subdue the fire with an extinguisher until the fire dept came. i was noted in the times news for this. Graduated high school and got my diploma, not a huge accomplishment to most people but still an accomplishment to me! Excelled in every sport I played because I am  persistent and  i work and train hard. I was the captain on many of my teams growing up, and thru high school which shows good leadership skills.
