I take on several roles at Arabella, including hosting, bartending, and serving. I greet customers and fulfill their needs while taking phone calls, making drink orders, preparing to-go orders, and handling transactions. I keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety. I work scheduled shifts and remain available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods. I Learned all required tasks quickly to maximize performance and Increase customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

I was responsible for taking orders, handling transactions at the cash register, making coffee drinks and food, restocking, and opening and closing the kiosk without manager supervision. I maintained a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity and safety. I also promoted a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and promptly addressing their needs.
