after the storm hit my area and me and my ex realized just how bad it was, we went and checked on our family then went to the fire department to see what we could do to help, i grabbed my chainsaw some gas, a ruck sack with a change of clothes and some water. walked roads and checked on elderly people i knew relied on oxygen machines to make sure they were okay. we was without power for 15 days , no cell phones for nearly a month. it was really cool to see how the community and even people outside of our community come together to help and bring supplies in. 

after the storm hit my area really hard, me and my ex at the time went and checked on family, we went to the fire department and asked what we could do to help. for about 3-4 weeks we did everything from walking inaccessible roads to check on elderly people that depended on oxygen to breathe, cooking, delivering supplies, unloading trailer after trailer of water bottles tools, clothes.
