• Set up machines for the day
• Make sure the bore and stroke was correct
• Change out dies for stamping of different parts
• Machine maintenance
• Lock out tag out change die and set stroke and bore for different stamps
• Fill order of no less than 250 parts a day
• Inspect and measure stamped part so that the core was ready for inspection and then sent to the consumer

• Shipping and receiving and prepare orders for outbound deliveries
• Prepared machines for the day and making sure that when the glass was ran through that the computers where in the correct order and lasers were cutting as they should
• Changing the program on the machines for hundreds of different cuts, Then switched over to small IG finisher
• Ran around 1200 pieces a day
• Ran product through temp machines so that it would be rated not to shatter
• Had to work on the laser cutting so that the program would be correct

As parts came down they would be labeled and at the end of the assembly the peace’s where to be filled with insulating gun then finished by proration

• Inspected finish products
• check the outside and inside diameter of products going outbound
• Get products ready for shipment
• service machines and check the bore and struck
• Stamp floor panels out for forklifts
• Check the count of products to make sure that the shipment ordered was filled and supply order with an example part or core part
• Keep a small crew of three men working
