Recent Appalachian State University graduate seeking an entry-level role in psychological research, criminal justice, or environmental services. I worked as a server and eventually moved up to bartender. I trained new staff members and created a welcoming, positive environment. I consistently met expectations within a designated time frame and worked in a high-pressure environment, roughly serving 150 customers daily.
I accurately relayed order information to the kitchen, ensuring prompt service. I gained multitasking skills by providing quality service to multiple tables simultaneously. I worked with different computer systems to input orders and complete sales.
I collaborated with my coworkers to optimize workflow during busy hours. I managed a high volume of customers while maintaining customer satisfaction. I learned how to resolve customer complaints effectively, promoting returning guests.
