Primary Responsibilities include assisting with the arrival & timely departure of domestic & international travel.
Also to assist with Rebooking, rerouting and misconnect issues. Respond to passenger escalation inquiries with feasible solution. Provide premium service to provide a positive travel experience. Constantly Monitor protocol to ensure passenger safety. Brief flight crew and flight deck with imperative passenger and cargo information prior to departure. Submit flight report information into the database after departure.
