Met with independent poultry growers and integrators to go over equipment needs. Quoted, sold, entered orders and managed jobs through completion.

Overseen the day to day operations of thirteen poultry/swine equipment and parts stores. Consisting of the hiring and training of new personnel, setup and merchandising of existing and new stores, purchasing, sales and collections

Overseen the day to day operations of a poultry/swine retail parts store. Consisting of training new personnel, purchasing, merchandising, inventory control, sales and collections.

Operated a four house contract broiler farm. Practiced good animal husbandry following integrator guidelines for top performance. Repaired and or replaced poultry equipment as needed as to not sacrifice bird health.

Overseen the installation and service of poultry and swine equipment. Supervised contract crews and service technicians seeing that equipment was installed and repaired correctly and on time.

Worked with contract growers on best animal husbandry practices adjusting feed and light accordingly for peak egg production.
