* Worked for the Associate Provost for the Arts managing and tracking funds and resources to support the Arts at Wake Forest University.

* Created reports from data downloads to be more user / reader friendly.

* Supported various departments within the Arts relating to financial information including revenue and expenses.

I returned to Wake Forest in a backfill position to support the Budget Office during campus-wide software implementation.

I worked full time in this area prior to retirement and agreed to help out part-time while full-time staff were dedicated to the Workday Software implementation.

The Budget Office is responsible for building the Reynolda Campus annual budget with parameters set by the Provost and CFO.

Well of Mercy is a small retreat center that can host sixteen guests.

I was employed to implement a plan to transition the operation formerly managed by an outside entity (Sisters of Mercy, Belmont, NC) to a fully operational in-house model.

This included everything from staffing, managing the funds, researching and developing whether or not to outsource (e.g. payroll), to enhancing overall operations and bringing up to to date changes that would / could enhance revenue.
