• Built AI solution for recommending related incidents & solutions from large pool of ServiceNow incidents by using RAG approach.
• Design, Develop and Maintain Ansible Automation platform based solution to automate different tasks on 5000+ servers of hundreds of IBM teams. Migrated our automation from Open source version AWX to Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
• Build Automation to migrate different IBM teams legacy products to RedHat Openshift Virtualization (OSV).
• Designed and developed solution using RedHat Openshift Pipelines( Tekton) for our image build process using Openshift virtualization. .

• Worked as System Software Engineer at IBM Linux Technology Center. Was primarily responsible for testing Embedded Linux Operating system components which is used in different IBM products
• Developed & Automated tests for kernel, application packages.
• Evaluated RHEL & SUSE Linux on IBM System x, IBM Power & IBM System z series hardware
• Maintain infrastructure tool & Automation to provision, deploy and run different tests suits like LTP, Pounder..etc.
