     Responsible for ensuring schedule is accurate and reflects the actual days worked for each driver.
     Roster each driver in Cortex for proper assignments of routes.

    the Operations Manager
  • Metrics Review and Training:
     Review the weekly Scorecard by analyzing, investigating, reporting, and training drivers to ensure Invictus
    Logistics ranks Fantastic Plus on key metrics.
     Coach drivers on performance improvement
  • Accountability of Uniforms and Equipment:
     Responsible for securing 100% accuracy of asset equipment
     Responsible for the inventory of uniforms and pod items
     Onboarding:
     In the absence of the Training DA, The Dispatcher will provide onboarding training to new hires. (Onboarding
    Checklist)
  • On-Road Operations/RTS:
     Monitor Cortex while drivers are on-road. Strategize rescues, provide driver assistance, serve as liaison
    between the driver, the station, the operations manager, and the owners
     Track and update performance data throughout the day to completion
     Complete End of Shift (EOS) Wash and submit to the operations manager nightly.
     Ensure all marked missing, re-attemptable, undeliverable, and RTS packages on each driver’s itinerary is
    researched and solutions determined to minimize quality impact. Work with station to resolve each
     Ensure drivers refuel vehicles prior to returning to lot.
  • Close out Vehicle inspection & Yard Close:

Inspect every vehicle upon return to the lot. Ensure drivers leave the vehicle full of fuel and cleanly. Report
any damages noted to the operations manager / owners
 Verify that all items within the asset bag are returned from the driver and Dispatcher and Driver signature is
documented
 Ensure 100% accuracy/accountability of asset bags, asset bag items, rabbit devices and other work equipment
 Report discrepancies to the Operations Manager / Owners immediately
 Miscellaneous:
 Other duties and responsibilities as needed by Owners
 Dispatcher is required to drive as needed and at least 1 every two weeks.

I became ticketing lead a week after we opened because I learned how to sell tickets, season passes and do refunds without any issue or help so they changed my security status to allow me to do overrides, pop draws, carry cash bags when its time to close things like that.
