• My job description is the following:
• Lesson Planning & Delivery:Develop and implement lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines, preparing materials and activities that are appropriate for varying student needs.
• Classroom Management:Establish and enforce clear rules, manage student behavior, and maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
• Assessment & Feedback:Design and administer tests and homework, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Student Support:Offer guidance and support to help students navigate academic and personal challenges, fostering their growth and encouraging participation.
• Communication & Collaboration:Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, colleagues, and other professionals to discuss student progress and improve educational strategies.
• Professional Development:Stay current with new teaching methods, attend staff meetings, and participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.

In February - December 2023 I accepted a job to teach technical occupational curriculum to learners who was unable to perform good in their grade level. I teached Afrikaans Home Language, Life Skills and a consumer studies subject which was sewing.

I enjoyed my job very much but due to the staff establishment of 2024 did I lost my job.
