In this multifaceted role, I was also tasked with spearheading the planning of outgoing shipments, handling customer communications, monitoring shipment success rates, forming strong partnerships with carriers, and tracking all shipments to their final destination.
Early on in my career, I served as a Warehouse Manager at Atrade Forwarding, a shipping company backed by more than 25 years in the industry. Here, I was responsible for leading the entire warehouse operations, including managing warehouse associates, monitoring workplace performance, performing inventory audits, and collaborating with various departments to ensure products were shipped on time.
