Successful background in organizational leadership, ministry program development and mission-oriented strategic planning. My philosophy for ministry is simply 1 Peter 5:1-4. My personal mission statement: “Lead people to become authentic, passionate followers of Jesus, who demonstrate and declare the Gospel to ALL peoples.”

The Lord has allowed me to successfully plant three churches; one in Chavina, Peru and two in Florida while the Senior Pastor at West Pittman Baptist Church.

The Lord have allowed me to lead mission trips to 18 different states and three countries.

I have led 4 trips top Israel as a guide.

I was nominated as Recording Secretary to the Southern Baptist Convention in 2019.

I Currently serve as Moderator of the Cape Fear Network of Baptist Churches (75 Churches)
