My goal is to create a learning environment where students feel valued, challenged, and supported in their personal and academic growth. I strive to make my classes interactive and dynamic by incorporating active learning techniques, such as group discussions, case studies, and project-based learning. I believe in meeting students where they are and adapting my teaching to suit diverse learning styles and abilities. Whether through visual aids, collaborative work, or online platforms, I aim to make learning accessible and meaningful for all students. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where all students feel respected and included. I recognize the unique perspectives and experiences each student brings, and I strive to create a space where diverse voices are heard and valued. By being empathetic and approachable, I aim to build trust with my students, encouraging them to take risks and express themselves freely
