Yard Work Assistant (Neighborhood Services) – Job Duties

•Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain a neat, clean appearance of yards

•Rake leaves, collect debris, and dispose of yard waste properly

•Water plants, flowers, and lawns as directed

•Pull weeds and assist with basic garden and landscape upkeep

•Help with seasonal tasks such as planting, mulching, and light snow/yard cleanup (if applicable)

•Use basic yard tools safely and responsibly (rakes, shovels, clippers, etc.)

•Follow homeowner instructions and complete tasks efficiently

•Maintain a dependable schedule and arrive on time

•Demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and respect for neighbors’ property

•Communicate politely and professionally with clients
