Nominated by my Biology teacher to serve as the primary Delegate representing Millbrook High School and the State of North Carolina at the Congress of Future Medical Leaders.
Through my involvement with Duke TIP (Talent Identification Program), I qualified to participate in this pre-college summer program.
Nominated for this summer young leadership program by my middle school science teacher. It was a week long immersive experience geared towards connecting political, corporate and athletic leaders with young individuals that were leaders in their schools.
I enjoy volleyball for the teammate relationships, physical rigor, and extreme competition. I have found cooking to be a form of creative release, as well as a way to spread my passion for healthful eating and living. Lastly, I have found reading has become one of the primary ways to relax my mind, while also expanding my knowledge.
