Brandyn Curry

Dynamic and versatile professional with over a decade of diverse experience, spanning a 7-year career as a professional basketball player in Europe to a leadership role in nonprofit management. As a former athlete, I bring a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities in life after sports, coupled with a strong work ethic honed on the court. Currently serving as the Associate Program Director at Yhe Shield Foundation, I have been instrumental in architecting the program's five core pillars—mental health, physical health, career transitions, emergency financial aid, and innovation/entrepreneurship. My role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management, with a focus on creating sustainable impact. Leveraging my comprehensive skill set, I aim to drive organizational success while making a meaningful difference in the lives of former athletes.
