While babysitting you learn the responsibilities of supervising the children and ensuring their safety at all times. I learned how to relate myself with the kids and make them feel safe and to have fun. I learned to plan activities and and games to keep them engaged, prepared meals and snacks, helped with homework when needed, and managed bedtime. I've cared for multiple children at once and made sure to keep the house cleaned and organized. Babysitting has helped me develop responsibility, patience, and communication skills.

Interning at a children's theatre helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. I assisted with organizing break activities, and helping and supporting the performers. I learned how to give clear directions, stay patient, and ensure everyone felt included and supported.
