• This has been my summer job since college.

• Performed maintenance tasks such as painting, chipping rust, and greasing equipment to extend the lifespan of onboard assets.

• Assisted wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing tableware, eating utensils and napkins.
• kept restaurant clean and allowed the operations of all staff to run more smoothly.

As an expo runner, I plated and served food in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. Maintained communication between the kitchen, servers, and the customers.

As a host, I seated customers as swiftly as possible without overwhelming the kitchen or staff. I also ran the phone, taking reservations and to go orders.

• Maintained clean and organized job sites, contributing to a safe working environment for all employees.

• Reset and cleaned tables quickly to prepare for new customers.
• Collected trash, wiped up spills, and removed trays to maintain fresh and clean customer areas.
• Completed side work duties, ensuring that all necessary supplies were stocked for shift success.

• Kept kitchen areas neat and clean by removing trash and organizing supplies.
• Kept dishes, utensils and glassware clean and rotated following safety standards set by restaurant.
