Benny Nyreen

My passion for dogs has been lifelong, starting from a very young age. In February of 2022 I got my first job at a pet store and became obsessed with dog training, using online sources such as leerburg to train my personal dog. This job is where I discovered dog sports and from then on I knew what I wanted to do. I drove from Michigan to a shutzhund club in Indiana for months before I was able to get my first working dog. As I became hungrier for knowledge I moved to North Carolina to be a student at Tarheel K9 where I worked with police, sport and client pet dogs. Upon graduating I was hired by a PSA club member where I have since remained. I train pet dogs for a living and when I am not doing that I am focusing on my working and sport goals with my personal dogs. I train primarily for PSA with my shepherd/terrier/pomeranian mix but we dabble in every sport under the sun including first place at the 2025 USCA RH Nationals.
