I have trained new staff at Boba Cucue (a tea shop), had a lot of work as a math tutor, both on the highschool and college level; so I am familiar with teaching people of varying ages and proficiencies various things. I pick up recipes and routines very quickly, and retain them even after a few months off. I am able to help customers narrow their order choices through knowledgeable recommendations of the menu. Often I arrive to work early, if not I give a heads up if I will be even 5 minutes late. I am very detail-orientated and understand the importance of a clean environment, especially when it comes to food handling. I have asked if I could come to work early to open so that I can ensure everything is clean and ready upon opening time. At the deli I would stay late when necessary to ensure the work area clean and sanitary.
