I'm a certified law enforcement officer with almost a decade of law enforcement experience. I have fulfilled roles varying from patrol officer, SRT operator, criminal investigator, patrol sergeant, and a certified law enforcement instructor with a specialization in firearms. During my tenure as a law enforcement officer, I have written and participated in many search warrants, callouts, investigations, interviews, trial cases, testimonies in state and federal courts, properly handled criminal evidence, processed crime scenes, and worked with and networked with various local, state, and federal agencies. I have attended various law enforcement training courses at locations such as Vance Granville Community College, Halifax Community College, Salemburg (NCJA), Edneyville (NCJA), Sameracand, and many other colleges. I have extraordinary work ethics and self-motivation. I'm always excited to assist my colleagues and complete the goals set out by my team and/or agency. I receive criticism well and have no issue being open to the ideas of others. I can confidently assert that with the aforementioned experience and training I will be a great asset for the Roanoke Rapids Police Department’s criminal investigations division and its culture.
