  • Turned a store that was losing money into a store that was making money. Location was losing over $10,000 a month due to lack of staff, shrink, and poor cycle counts.
  • Spent many full nights in this location until 3 or 4am to get it where it needed to be.
  • This location was scoring a D when it was taken over which is failing.
  • Few months of hard work, got this location back to grade A location.
  • Had to do a lot of investigating to figure out that problems in this location and in the end had to clean house because a lot of the theft was internal due to no management.
