Supervised the simulation department in the School of Nursing. Developed, implemented, and evaluated simulation exercises for all levels of undergraduate baccalaureate prepared nursing students. Collaborated with faculty on simulation content aligning with course content and program standards.
Provided academic instruction in accordance with CCNE accreditation standards for baccalaureate prepared undergraduate nursing students. Provided didactic content as well as coordinated clinical placements, field assignments, and evaluations for as many as 100+ registered students per semester. Responsibilities included developing, implementing,and evaluating curriculum, assist students with orientation and advisement, faculty liaison for student organizations. Developed international study abroad nursing course in Dublin, Ireland (2016), as well as a humanitarian medical mission program / course in the Dominican Republic (2013-2016). Presented at nursing conferences (Sigma Theta Tau International, Transcultural Nursing Society).

Reviewed a variety of medical malpractice claims and litigation for a medical insurance carrier in NY State. Collaborated with hospital risk management, investigators, and legal counsel on both negligence and medical malpractice issues.
