Company Overview: Welsh Construction is a Marine Construction business that is family owned and established in 2021

• Since the start up of the company I have played numerous roles
• First and foremost being the Marketing and HR fields
• Others include office duties such as payroll, accounting, budgeting, material cost, and establishment of business infrastructure and proper general guidelines (i.e employee handbook, company policies)
• Presently I still help the company with day to day operations

• Upon the arrival of my third child and having to leave the public workforce behind – I decided to venture out and take control of an established Media Management company so that I could have the flexibility I needed to raise my children while still being able to pay the bills
• Taking this step toward independence has been fun and taught me many things about the social world we live in today – however, with the economy I am looking into other opportunities to make a fixed income

• Company Overview: As a newer boutique in the community
• I assessed audience/target markets, developed branding material, controlled all things on social platforms, helped fix POS errors, fixed FB pixel errors, small amounts of coding, syncing inventory through Shopify ecommerce, controlled email campaigns, photography, modeling and more
• This job taught me a lot about backend work within a growing company and ignited a spark in entrepreneurial dreams
• As a newer boutique in the community

• During this period of time I was a stay at home mom, however, my career didn’t pause completely
• I found a love for network marketing, creating content for social media influencing, and taught myself ways to utilize different media outlets
• My love for creating meaningful relationships online grew, and my passions started evolving
• My primary job during this time was to raise my confident, caring children

• Just as any waitress position, I had key roles that played part in keeping the customer happy
• Day to day tasks involved: Familiarizing myself with 'regulars' and creating meaningful relationships, Community driven service, Attentive service and interaction, Customer first persona, Maintain clean atmosphere, Effectiveness and Efficiency, Memorization of protocol and restaurant services/foods, Follow ALE guidelines, Knowledge of community and establishments history
• I loved working for Bob, but my time was cut short for maternal leave
