Scheduling, Patient Data Verification cases (verify patient information and schedules match in vendor sites and salesforce), and enroll new client patients. Use multiple platforms and EMR's such as Athena, Veradigm, RhythmSynergy, Salesforce, EPIC, Paceart, Powerchart, and Revenue Cycle.
Front desk: check in/out patients, collect copays, verify patient demographics/insurance. Schedule/reschedule appointments. Contact patients to schedule yearly mammogram appointments. Contact patients to reschedule missed appointments. Contact patients for appointment reminders daily. Enter Xrays from referrals for walk in patients.
Call center: schedule/reschedule patient appointments, schedule appointments from referrals, surgery scheduling, answer phones,
Sending EOB's, Contacting insurance companies for denied claims. Contact patients for payments and/or set up payment plans.
File room clerk. Filing/pulling charts for physicians/nurses.
Call center: answering call for patients for appointments and taking messages for the nurses.
Front desk: Check in patients, appointment reminder calls, enter labs, collect copays, print and send out monthly appointment reminders. Verify patient demographics and insurance. Enter new patient information. Schedule yearly physical appointments. Pull voicemails from the appointment line and contact patients for scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Check in pharmaceutical representatives with samples and get physician signatures. Clean and organize sample closets and pull expired samples to discard.
