  • Joined organization in 2006, as part of the Accounts Receivable Team and was promoted to Accounts Receivable Manager in 2008.
  • Created and prepared an Accounts Receivable Manager manual for my predecessor to follow and reference in her new roll.
  • In 2009, I joined the Credit Team and began assisting the Credit Managers directly with all state and federal notice requirements, preparation of customer and job project files, review and decision making, handled all Small claims and legal preparation, assisted with collections, reconciliations and customer account clean up.
  • Directly managed 8 locations, as Credit Manager, within North Carolina and Tennessee while still handling all other duties.
