  • Manage OfficeSpace Software (OSS) for North America, update system with moves / add / changes in the floorplan and employee location. I have worked with site leaders to coordinate group moves up to 300 personnel. Help personnel with Visual Directory in reserving office space.
  • In charge of all furniture at the Clayton & RTP sites. Create AutoCAD drawings for furniture reconfiguration and installations. Work with furniture vendors for furniture & color choices. Work with vendor on pricing & ordering. Check existing furniture for any furniture needs / repairs. Work with Safety dept to order ergonomic chairs for personnel that need additional support.
  • Coordinate with moving company to move original documentation, equipment, & set up for special events.
  • Work with Executive levels for special events by working out details to ensure all areas are set up properly.
  • Create Purchase Requests in ARIBA & SAP to order product or contract services. Worked with Vendors & Procurement to make sure invoices are charged to correct cost center.
  • Worked with Manufacturing personnel to order specialized furniture to withstand manufacturing requirements.
  • Work with team to capture flooring needs, sq ft and linear ft to replace or repair manufacturing floorings during shutdowns. Create spreadsheets & drawings to highlight areas to replace / repair during shutdowns.
  • Work well with management and employees to understand their needs and to come up with a plan to accomplish all that is needed.
