I became a sales leader within 3 weeks of joining this company due to my drive for success and motivation to be an over-achiever against all of my colleagues. I pursued this role by identifying qualifying leads and assisting customers get the best possible offer that is personalized to their needs. I worked alongside with many of my colleagues and became a student in order to follow the footprints of others' success. I take my responsibility serious in helping customers as much as possible, whether it meant I closed them or helped direct them the right way to get assistance. As a sales leader I helped improve my team and I's performance by directing meetings, ongoing coaching, consistent training and even mentor each and every person whether it's in terms of better understanding their role here or how to improve their own personal lives'.

Worked with colleagues under the supervision of a Pharmacist in order to ensure proper care for each individual patient. As a technician in a high volume store I was trained to answer incoming phone calls in a fast-paced environment and to assist patients coming in personally to seek for our assistance. I partnered with many providers in order to properly assist with the prescriptions dispensed, ensure proper medical billing, administer vaccines, and to ensure the credibility of higher dosed medications. Assisted the pharmacist in administering vaccines while following company and health guidelines. Assisted with the filing, billing, and completion of a prescription from the moment we receive the order to the moment we hand out the prescription to the customer. Assisted with inventory and the proper rotation to ensure the least amount of possible of medication would expire.

Assisted customers with product selection and contributed to the store's goals by promoting special offers, enrolling customers in our savings program, informing them of our credit card, and advising on the best possible deals. Maintained a flexible working schedule and even assisted by taking new shifts whenever the opportunity was presented and the store needed extra help. Made sure to keep my area clean, properly stocked, and greet customers in a kind way. Assisted customers at checkout y properly handling their products and operating the cash register for cash, card, or checks. Occasionally helped customers at the Photo Counter by assisting with the making of passport photos, handing out online photo orders and completing all tasks by making sure the printer had the correct material and plenty of ink to complete the process.
