Provided attentive supervision and care for children ages 8 months to 11 years in a Child Watch Center. Maintained a safe, engaging, and structured environment by remaining vigilant at all times, assisting with homework and reading activities, and guiding children through conflict resolution and social challenges. Met children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs while fostering a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged positive behavior and participation. Communicated effectively with parents and staff regarding children’s needs and daily activities. Completed end-of-shift duties including cleaning and sanitizing toys and facilities, following safety and health guidelines, and ensuring the space was properly secured before closing.

Completed over 80 service hours during high school and was awarded the McNair Scholarship for academic achievement. Recognized as Science Student of the Year in high school. In college, earned Biology Student of the Year and Physics Student of the Year for outstanding academic performance and dedication. These accomplishments reflect my strong work ethic, academic excellence, and commitment to learning.
